Just wanted to say whats up and introduce myself, the name is Charlie. I just moved to minnesota a month ago. I am looking forward to reading all your guys great information on the site, and eventually putting some faces to the names. I will be a reservist with the Woodland Security team, I will be at all the events the team attends. I am just getting back into paintball after a 6 year hiatus and ready to do whatever it takes to help the team out.

Yes i went ahead and went with the ion, I ordered a few other items today also. Jersey, Pants, coiled remote( no slide), Smart parts q lock, another 48ci 3000 psi tank and a light infantry tactical vest. The ion has the standard board in it still, all basic except for the 16 inch stiffy barrell. Thanks for the welcome and look forward to asking plenty of questions.

Thanks guys, yeah i did alot of research and the woodland team seems like a good bunch of guys (and gals) and looking forward to meeting them.
I was waiting for a while to be able to post on here, krutsie gives me a call and I tell him I cant post. 30 minutes later I get an email that says I am good to go. So already he has impressed me and I appreciate that. Thanks AKA for patching me through and getting me on here.
As far as moving to the right state, so far I love it here. Moving in the middle of January wasnt ideal but have to do and go wherever the job takes ya.
As far as questions I will have plenty, but to be honest there is so much information in all these post on here and mnpig that alot of them have been answered.
I just picked up an Ion yesterday and it seems to want to go into ramping mode even when it is on semi mode. I have read and watched everything there is out there to show me how to switch through the modes, so I am pretty sure I have it with eyes off and on semi auto. Guess I will have to have Ish take a look at it for me :D.
Also I ordered a *Smart Parts NXT Shocker Q Lock Low Rise Black - Black* because the one on the gun now is broke, only to see that it says shocker and not ion,guess i clicked the wrong one. Will this still fit the ion?
