Just to be clear, those are actually two different miniguns.

The one Darrin posted is made by the guy who runs ScenarioDreams.com (http://ScenarioDreams.com) - Damon Williams. He's selling them! He's also got an ongoing thread on PbN (http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=2063759).

As far as I've heard, the on F-N-U posted never got to the point where it shot paint.
