Biggest problem I see is no way for it to tell when it has hit its target and can disengage.

That leads to a waste of ammo and a lot of bonus balling.

To add to what Thalion said, I could also see some jerkwater come up from behind and damage it to turn it off. Looks like it would be way more expensive to operate it than it's fun-factor.

Cool idea, though, and I would have thought our very own Sparky would have created it by now. The closest he got to something like that was a remote controlled gun that would only fire after you hit the fire button, and only fire straight on, not on a turn table.

That is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. I'm all for it. I'll take the extra shots from it. I would like to see what it does against a full charge of 20 or more people.

Throw a towel over it, perhaps.

Can I get one of these for my house? That will keep the solicitors away.

That thing is flipping creapy. But on the up side it looks like a fun prank toy (JKJK). You could put these in the towers the only problem (besides those stated before) is sensor/motion detection range.

I was thinking that too. You could face one each direction in the towers. Have someone (concealed) manning them with the laptop or control. Once the tower is tapped, this person can "pause" the program. Then, whichever flag is raised, he activates the program on the opposite side. That way, you have control over starting and stopping, and your tower guys won't be getting pelted an unbelievable number of times in a day.

However cool that would be, it's kinda high tech.....

The man testing it really has alot of balls :scared0012: I was impressed by the accuracy of the program, (and the fact that it was an ion) , the runner got smoked!

Ive seen a few of these for sale for upwards of 8 grand with targets that when hit will disable the sentry marker. Usually they are sealed, waterproofed and the works. Its some pretty neat technology, hate to see what it will cost though.
