...After the smoke had cleared, it appeared that the Red Force had overcome the fierce armed resistance of the local Blue Force. They had effectively taken the land, the resources, and all the financial investments of the land.
It had been a hard fought battle, and victory came at a price for the Red Force. While it was true that they had won, a final push by the Blue Force towards the end of the war had produced a successful raid on the Red Force main camp. The Blue Force made off with a substantial amount of vital information and millions of dollars...enough to rebuild their army.
Now, just one year later, the Blue Force is preparing a new offensive, but the Red Force has followed the development of their enemy closely, and has prepared an offensive of their own.
The Red Force is aiming to take down their enemy...once and for all.
The Blue Force wants what's theirs...and revenge.
Only one force can win.
Merc Wars II
It's all about the missions.
Merc Wars is a continuous scenario in which the generals for each force must complete missions that symbolize military operations in a theater of combat. The more missions completed, the more control the force will have over the territory and the hearts and minds of the locals. Each mission is worth points, and the most points at the end of the game decides the winner.
Missions include patrol, take and hold, assault, sniper, demolitions, recon, and many more. The generals will use money to buy needed supplies and specialist positions to get the job done. Your job, as a Merc in your force is to complete as many missions as possible. Scouting, holding a perimeter, escorting or operating an attack chopper, manning a medical team, or drawing a bead as a lone sniper are a few of the challeges you may face.
We have the battleground and the scenario...
...You make the story.

The Generals for Merc Wars II have been decided.
Handztyd from the Bulldogs will be the Red Force General
Weasel from Shadow Korps will be the Blue Force General
Contact either of these two warriors on the http://www.badgerbrigades.com forum to apply for their army, or choose your team on the registration form if you have a force preference.

attention:)BRING AN ITEM FOR CHARITY TO THIS GAME
A Simple, Way The BadgerBrigades Scenario Paintball Network Can Give Back – Let's Help Shoot Out Hunger!
Giving to charity and paintball have a lot in common, and we are convinced that the rush of endorphins one experiences when doing a good deed is very similar to the adrenaline rush experienced by paintball players!

Local food pantries have a great need for donations at this time. Most food is donated in winter, usually around the holidays, when many Americans are feeling generous. But there's a need year-round, especially in the summer when children aren't getting lunches at school.
Add an Item
One easy way to help struggling families, who just might live next door and are losing the battle with rising food and gas prices, is to "add an item" at the grocery store. Buying one extra canned good or non-perishable item at the grocery store can help save the hungry.
Every time you visit your local supermarket, please purchase one extra item, and when you get home, collect those items in a bag or box and bring it with you to MERC WARS II and we will donate those items to local food pantries.
Adding just one item, and giving that food away, can make a huge difference in shooting out hunger in our local communities.
Best Items to Buy for Food Pantry Charities
The types of items they need most tend to be nonperishable, high-protein items (in non-glass containers) like canned tuna, meats, beans, soups, and peanut butter. They also need items like canned fruit and vegetables, rice, pasta, pasta sauce, baby food, juice boxes, cereal, boxed side dishes. Personal and paper items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, deodorants, toilet paper, paper towels, diapers in sizes larger than newborn.
You can even get your kids involved. It's never too early to teach our children the reality of hunger in our local communities and the important role they can have in helping to provide for families in need plus buying food for charity is a fun, educational, and rewarding experience. It teaches them how to help others in our community as well as math, shopping, budgeting, and money skills.
So please bring an item with you to MERC WARS II and we will donate those items to local food pantries.
