Ammo Drop!
Submission idea from Kenny "Wolverine" Rowe

I have always been on the lookout for new games, and this past weekend I was introduced to a spectacular new scenario. It’s called the ammo drop game, and it goes something like this. This game requires a lot of set up from the referees, but when it’s done right, everyone will appreciate the work involved.

The referees need two large containers, preferably in different colors. All players will dump their pods and hoppers into the bins, keeping one pod per team back. The remaining paint is secretly placed out on the field, as though it’s been dropped from the sky, but inaccurately. The remaining paint has to be distributed among the players to the best of their tactical know-how. You can give it all to one guy, distribute it evenly, or any other combination you feel is best.

The game is still a capture the flag game, but the added objective is to go out into the battlefield and try to find your paint supply. You can take as much as you can carry, but you cannot take the entire tub. You also cannot take or steal the opposing side’s paint or tub, but you can defend it from them.

Players without paint are still considered in the game, but cannot shoot until they are fed new paint from a teammate. The game is won when both flags are in your base. If you return with theirs but are still missing yours, the game is not over. This is a great game of teamwork and leadership. It’s also a great game to learn aiming and accuracy until you find your paint supply!

Those are just some of the many scenario ideas I have. Many more are in my books. www.scenariopaintballbook.com (http://www.scenariopaintballbook.com/) if you want to check them out and order them.
