DId anybody ever buy anything off of gunhead.com and actually receive it in the mail? Because i bought a stock off there over a month ago and i didnt receive it and they wont reply my emails.

Never done business with gunhead, so I can't really tell you what to expect.

How did you make a payment Credit Card Paypal etc?
What kinda stock did you buy and for what?
If you paid with either Credit Card or Paypal you can cancel your payment through them and they will refund you your money.
Im sure that you have tried but Ill ask anyways. Have you tried calling them on the phone?

If you having a problem I would contact the credit card company and fill a charge back right away. You have a limited time to do this. You can always re buy it when they contact you.

Their web site does not look that professional to me and their copyright is not updated. Do what you want but the person with the money in the hand has all the power. I have waited to long and got burm more then once. If they are not professional enough to update you and stay in contact with you, then you need help, and your credit card company may be your only hope.

Thats what I would do.

Before filing for a stop payment on a CC. I would check their website and try and find a "contact us" link of some sort. You would think that a business like that would have some sort of a phone number you could call to get a hold of them for questions about an order or something.

If you cant find a phone number or they have one listed that has been disconnected, not answering, what ever. Then that leaves you no choice but to file a charge back.

Thats how I would handle the situation.
