Giant big game patches???

So can anyone tell us what ever came of the patches from the last Giant Big game? They hadn't shown up when we were there, and we were told that we would have them after. Still no patches??

Does anyone know how to get them, or if something we paid for will just never show up?

I am going to have some made for GBG19 and have them at GBGXX.
