What air source are you using?

HPA. i think it has somthing to do with the power tube cause the velocity wont change

You couldve stripped the velocity screw and now it's not moving when you turn it, or it could be an issue with the valve

Have you always used HPA with this marker? If not, did you start having this problem before or after you switched over (tank output might be too low)?

i used to use co2. it started a few months after i got the HPA

That's what I was about to post, either that or your valve has gone bad.

valve should be good, Just sounds like bolt isn't holding the valve open long enough for the air flow to get through, thats why the velocity adjuster isn't working (weak rear spring).
If it's not a weak rear spring you may want to try another air source. HP bottle could be a low pressor bottle. I think Tippmanns need 650-800psi.
If your shooting it outside in the cold make sure your using a very light oil and your gun is clean. No old paint or anything that would case drag on the hammer and/or bolt.
Make sure to let us all know if you fix the problem.

GOOD NEWS!:D it was the HPA tank. i found out it was a med pressure tank and got a new high pressure tank and it now shoots back at normal speed!
Thanks for giving us the update!
