View Full Version : 98 Custom E Trigger Problem

For some reason or another. My E Trigger will not trip the sear. Its like it doesnt have enough power to do it.

I have put in two Brand New Duracell Batteries with no luck.
I have also tried a few different Sear springs from different guns.. Again, no luck

Any ideas?

Any chance your mainspring is too stiff? Either the wrong part or installed incorrectly?

I don't know about 98 boards, but there should be a large capacitor on the board. If that's missing, the board won't be able to energize the solenoid well enough to trip the sear.

Hmm.. I did change out my springs when the gun was mechanical... So i do have a different tension spring in right now. Ill throw the stock one back in and see if that does anything.
